FAQ 1 - I am experiencing a problem with the website, what do I do?

Please contact ASIC's Infoline on 1300 300 630 so that the issue can be investigated and rectified. Alternatively, send your query to PublishedNotices@asic.gov.au. It could be useful to include the date and time you experienced an issue and screenshot(s) identifying the problem.

FAQ 2 - I'm having problems with the format of my notice.

Formatting issues most likely relate to the internet browser you use. We recommend that you use internet Explorer v7 or higher, Google Chrome or Firefox. If problems persist, please contact ASIC's Infoline on 1300 300 630 or send your query to PublishedNotices@asic.gov.au.
