Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 07 September 2015.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. any other business

?THAT the offer of $12,500.00 by the Director, Mrs. Sandra Cannalonga, and her spouse, Mr. Domenico Cannalonga, be accepted in full and final settlement of the Company?s claims against Domenico Cannalonga, Skintrition (Balwyn) Pty Ltd, Skintrition (Albert Park) and Leveque Nominees Pty Ltd totalling $344,763.77 and the loan account from Tanslan Pty Ltd for the sum of $13,340.15.?

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
