Notice is given that that the directors of the Company made a further declaration under subsection 458E(3) in writing on 28 June 2021 setting out the Company’s continuing eligibility for temporary restructuring relief.
The initial relief period was for three months after notice of the initial declaration was published – which was on 31 March 2021.
The further declaration in relation to the Company’s continuing eligibility for temporary restructuring relief extends the initial relief period by one month.
