    b) If creditors resolve that the company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement, to fix the remuneration and disbursements of the Deed Administrator.

    c) If the company is wound up, to consider the appointment of Committee of Inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members.

    d) If the company is wound up, to approve the early destruction of the company?s books and records following the conclusion of the winding up.
