Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To consider the Report as to Affairs submitted by the directors.2. To receive the Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities from the Liquidator.3. To receive an account of the Official Liquidator?s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up to date.4. To consider and fix the remuneration of the Official Liquidator. 5. To consider authorising the Official Liquidator to enter into contracts with a duration of longer than three (3) months.6. To authorise the Liquidator to compromise a debt owed to the Company of any amount pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Act. 7. To authorise the Official Liquidator to destroy, at their discretion, the books and records of the Company within a period of twelve (12) months after dissolution of the Company, subject to obtaining prior approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.8. To consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.9. Any other business.
