iii) To receive a description of the acts and dealings that remain to be carried out in order to complete the winding up

iv) To discuss the merits of pooling the assets and liabilities of the Companies

v) To discuss the expected returns to creditors and shareholders

vi) For creditors to consider and, if thought fit, approve the Voluntary Administrators? additional professional fees for the period 1 August 2023 to 15 August 2023 and the Liquidators? professional fees for the period 16 August 2023 to 30 September 2024, and

vii) To consider any other business.
