- That the Liquidators of Sustir Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) be authorised to execute a Deed of Settlement and Release that provides for payment of the balance of the settlement sum in respect of claims defined in the Liquidators' report to creditors dated 14 March 2018 to be received over a period exceeding three months pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.
