Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of creditors of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of creditors for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:
1. Provide an update on the Administration of the Companies.2. Discuss and consider the Administrators investigations into the Companies affairs, and ongoing strategy of the Administrations.
The meeting time for i-Prosperity Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) and i-Prosperity Group Pty. Ltd. (Administrators Appointed) is 12:00pm (AEST).The meeting time for Cornerstone Capital Investment Group Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) and iProsperity Cornerstone Management Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) is 12:45pm (AEST).The meeting time for iProsperity Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) is 1:30pm (AEST).Due to the threat of COVID-19 and in order to comply with the most recent health, social distancing and Government policy on gatherings, members of each COI will not be able to physically attend the meeting.
