Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
- Provide an update on the Liquidators' investigations as to whether IPP or IPG ought to be entitled to the Settlement Funds. - Consider a resolution in respect to which entity ought to receive the Settlement Funds (less the deduction of universal distributing costs incurred by the respective liquidations of IPP and IPG). - Consider a resolution regarding the approval of the IPP Liquidators' remuneration for the period 1 May 2022 to 30 June 2022. - Consider a resolution of the IPP Liquidators' remuneration for the period 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022. - Consider a resolution of the IPP Liquidators' remuneration for the period 1 January 2023 to 28 February 2023. - Discuss any other business that arises.
These meetings will be held concurrently at 10:00am (AEDT) 29 March 2023. The concurrent meetings will be conducted using virtual meeting technology and members of the Committee of Inspection will be able to attend by using Microsoft Teams meeting software, which allows for attendance via telephone or video conference. Members of the Committee of Inspection may also physically attend the meeting at the address specified in the notice of meeting.Voting will be a show of hands or otherwise by a poll if requested by creditors or directed by the chairperson.
