ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
4. any other business

To consider and, if through fit, approve the Liquidators entering into agreements which extend beyond three months pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Act.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
