ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To consider the Report as to Affairs of the company and to receive an Advice from the Liquidator.

2. A copy of the Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities will be tabled.

3. To resolve the basis of the Liquidators? remuneration.

4. Any other business that may be considered with the foregoing.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
