Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 08 March 2013.
Other agenda items are:
1. To provide creditors with an update as to the progress of the liquidation and any other issues that may arise before the meeting;2. To further approve the remuneration of the Liquidators.3. To authorise the destruction of the books and records following deregistration of the company, subject to the consent of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.4. Any other business.
