Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to determine the remuneration of the deed administrator(s)
2. any other business

a. To elect a Chairman
b. To receive an account of the Joint and Several Deed Administrators' conduct in administering the Deed of Company Arrangement
c. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the deed administrator by:
