An application for the winding up of Wind Turbine Services Australia Pty Limited was commenced by the plaintiff Vincent Pirina and Steven Naidenov in their capacity as joint and several deed administrators of SBL Solutions Pty Ltd (subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement) ACN 601 920 058 on 29/04/2025 and will be heard as set out below.
