Notice is given that a general meeting of the Company, or a general meeting of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 509(2) of the Corporations Act, the Final Meeting of Members of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of Sinclair Wilson, 257 Timor Street, Warrnambool, Victoria on the 5th day of May 2014 at 10.00am for the purpose of laying before the meeting an account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and giving explanations thereof.
