ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

At the meeting creditors may consider a resolution:

1. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members; and
2. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to receive a report as to affairs
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

5. to authorise the Liquidator to compromise debts valued at over $100,000 owed to the company, subject to circumstances and advice on the date of settlement.
6. to authorise the Liquidator to enter into contracts in excess of three months' duration for the purpose of facilitating litigation funding against third parties as may be required.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
