Agenda

Agenda items are:

  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
  • to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
  • to remove the external administor(s) from office and appoint someone else as external administrator(s) of the company
  • to consider the early destruction of books and records
  • any other business

    • for the creditors of the Companies to resolve that:
    a. the Companies execute a deed of company arrangement proposed by a client of Mitry Lawyers; or
    b. the Companies execute a deed of company arrangement proposed by Aria Outdoor Pty Ltd; or
    c. the administrations should end; or
    d. the Companies be wound up.

    to fix the internal disbursements of the Deed Administrators / Liquidators.

    to fix the remuneration of the Trustee of the Creditors? Trust (should the Companies enter into a Deed of Company Arrangement with a Creditors? Trust).

    Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

    Due to COVID-19 it is highly recommended that all meetings are to be held and attended virtually.

    Creditors wishing to attend the upcoming meeting, in person or via electronic means, should contact this office prior to 4:00PM (AEDT) on Wednesday, 6 March 2024 on (07) 3228 4046 or MSchneider@vincents.com.au to confirm their attendance so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Notwithstanding, creditors are welcome to submit a Proxy form, prior to the commencement of the meeting of creditors, should they wish to attend the meeting via proxy.
