ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

Approve the Liquidator, on behalf of the Company, entering into a Litigation Funding Agreement with LCM Litigation Fund in respect of the White Sands Petroleum shareholder class action;
Approve the Liquidator, on behalf of the Company, entering into a Client Agreement with Piper Alderman in respect of the White Sands Petroleum shareholder class action;
Approve the Liquidator, on behalf of the Company, entering into a Litigation Funding Agreement with Litigation Lending Services in respect of the Bell Potter shareholder class action; and
Approve the Liquidator, on behalf of the Company, entering into a Retainer & Legal Costs Disclosure Agreement with Slater & Gordon in respect of the Bell Potter shareholder class action.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
