(a) To consider approving the Liquidators to enter into a retainer agreement with Russells Lawyers pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). (b) To consider approving the Liquidators to enter into a funding agreement with Clover Risk Funding pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). (c) To consider any other matters which may be raised at the meeting.
