1.Consider the progress of the appointment.2.Consider and approve the Liquidator's remuneration.3.Consider authorising the Liquidator to compromise a debt greater than the prescribed amount in accordance with s477(2A) of the Act.4.Consider authorising the Liquidator entering a contract greater than 3 months in accordance with s477(2B) of the Act. 5.Consider authorising the Liquidator to dispose of the books and records of the company after finalisation, subject to obtaining ASIC approval.6.Discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
