Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To hear an account of the Liquidators dealings in the liquidation to date. 2. To consider and if thought appropriate "That the remuneration of the Liquidators, as set out in the Remuneration Approval Request dated 31 March 2021, for the period from 29 May 2017 to 21 March 2021 be fixed in the amount of $35,166, plus any applicable GST, and may be paid." 3. To consider and if thought appropriate approve "That the remuneration of the Liquidator, as set out in the Remuneration Approval Request dated 31 March 2021 for the period from 22 March 2021 to the completion of the Liquidation be fixed up to a maximum amount of $15,000 plus any applicable GST, but subject to upward revision by resolution of creditors, and that the Liquidators be authorised to make periodic payments on account of such accruing remuneration as incurred." 4. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
