ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

5. To consider authorising the liquidators to compromise a debt owed to the company of more than $100,000;

6. To consider authorising the liquidators to enter into any agreements on behalf of the company for a duration longer than three (3) months.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
