Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:
1. To receive an updated report from the Liquidators' concerning the liquidation;2. To discuss a number of potential legal claims that have been identified against certain related parties of the Company, the funding of these claims and the options available going forward;3. To review and consider the draft agreements provided by Litigation Lending Services Limited, a leading Sydney-based litigation funder, where an offer to fund legal claims against the Company's director and a related entity, as well as a number of unfair preference claims, has been made;4. To seek the Committee of Inspection's approval to enter into an agreement that extends beyond three months, as required by Section 506(1A) of the Corporations Act 2001;5. To seek the Committee of Inspection's approval of the Liquidators' remuneration; and6. To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
