Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of creditors of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of creditors for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. to receive and consider a report from the administrator(s)
2. to determine the remuneration of the administrator(s)
3. to determine the future remuneration of the administrator(s)
4. any other business
