to remove the external administor(s) from office and appoint someone else as external administrator(s) of the company

to consider the early destruction of books and records

any other business

* to consider the power of the liquidator to compromise a debt to the company exceeding $100,000
* to consider the power of the liquidator to enter into an agreement on the company's behalf where the term may end more than 3 months after the agreement is entered
* to ratify the appointment of the existing liquidator
