1. To discuss the proposed Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA), the contents of the report to creditors and thestatus of the administration generally.2. Questions from employee creditors3. To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following employee creditor resolution: That pursuant to section 444DA(2) of the Act the DOCA Proposal not include a provision to the effect that employees are afforded a priority to the funds coming under the control of the Deed Administrators in the Deed Fund, pursuant to sections 556, 560 and 561 of the Act. With the exception of the amount required to pay the outstanding SGC that was due and payable at the date of the appointment of the Voluntary Administrators.
