See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

The meeting of creditors will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and teleconference facilities are also available. To access those facilities, you need to provide a statement by email to our office no later than 4.00pm on the day preceding the meeting which sets out:

The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any).

Address An address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent.

The method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.

On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the facilities for the meeting.
