To review and consider the additional remuneration of the Liquidator.4. To consider and vote on authorising the Liquidator to compromise any debt greater than $100,000 owed to the Company pursuant to section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).5. To consider and vote on authorising the Liquidator to enter into any agreement on behalf of the Company involving a term or performance of obligations that may extend for more than three months pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).6. The meeting of creditors will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and teleconference facilities are also available. To access those facilities, you need to provide a statement by email to our office on peter.eza@raftconsulting.com.au no later than 12.00 PM on the day preceding the meeting which sets out:Name: The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any)Address: an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sentContact: the method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.
