Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

To receive an update regarding the progress of the Liquidation;
To consider whether to approve the Liquidators entering into contracts over 3 months; and
Any other business the Committee of Inspection wishes to discuss.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
