Notice is given that a resumed meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a resumed meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. That a provision in accordance with section 444DA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) be excluded from the proposed deed of company arrangement and that eligible employee creditors of the Company otherwise be entitled to a priority for their entitlements in accordance with the terms of the proposed deed of company arrangement as detailed in the Administrators report to creditors dated 24 January 2019.

2. Any other business that may lawfully arise.
