Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To provide the committee of inspection with an update on the progress of this liquidation;
2. To obtain the approval of the committee of inspection for the further remuneration sought;
3. To discuss upcoming dividend distribution for ordinary unsecured creditors to be declared on 3 December 2021; and
4. Discuss any other issues that may arise before the meeting.
