Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

- To receive and consider a report by the Administrators;

- To receive an update on the status of the Administrations;

- To consider, and if thought fit, approve the joint and several Administrators remuneration and internal disbursements (as detailed in the attached Remuneration Approval Reports dated 25 November 2019); and

- Any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
