    • 1. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the retrospective remuneration of the Liquidator from 14 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
    2. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the future remuneration of the Liquidator from 1 April 2025.
    3. To consider and, if thought fit, approve that pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Robert Scott Woods in his capacity as the Liquidator of the Company can enter into one or multiple costs agreements for legal services on behalf of the Company, the terms for which may end more than 3 months after the agreement is entered into.
    4. To consider any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
