The effect of the non-inclusion of a provision in a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) as required by Section 444DA(1) of the Act; 3. The approval and agreement for the non-inclusion of a provision as required by Section 444DA(1) of the Act under DOCA1 and/or DOCA2; and 4. Any other business.
