Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Any creditor who wishes to participate in the meeting by video conferencing facilities must advise this office (by email: xavia.patching@svp.com.au) by 5.00 pm on Thursday, 1 December 2022. Creditors must provide their contact details so they can be contacted prior to the meeting, if required.
