ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

At the meeting creditors may consider a resolution:

1. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members; and
2. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
5. to consider the early destruction of books and records
6. any other business

- To consider and approve the Liquidator entering into an agreement pursuant to Section 477 (2B) of the Corporations Act, including but not limited to:

- Legal Advice
- Taxation or Other Advices (as appropriate)
- Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Assetless Administration Funding (AA Funding)
- Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) (formerly known as General Employee Entitlements and Redundancy Scheme (GEERS)
- Litigation and/or creditors funding.

- To consider, and if thought fit, approve that the remuneration provided under any funding agreement of the Liquidator, his partners and/or staff, to be fixed on a time basis at the rates of Jamieson Louttit & Associates from time to time, and/or as subsequently agreed including but not limited to the following funding agreements:

- Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Assetless Administration Funding (AA Funding)
- Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) (formerly known as General Employee Entitlements and Redundancy Scheme (GEERS)
- Litigation and/or creditors Funding.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
