Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To consider the Liquidators Report to Creditors dated 6 July 2022;

2. To consider and if deemed appropriate, ratify the Funding Agreement entered into by the Liquidator with Peter John Moody, or to approve the Liquidator entering into an alternative Funding Agreement with any other party that submits their Funding Agreement prior to the meeting of creditors

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

Teleconference Facilities

Any creditor wishing to attend the meeting via teleconference must
contact this office by no later than 4:00PM (QLD local time) on
Wednesday, 27 July 2022.

Creditors should note that any costs incurred in attending the
meeting via teleconference are their own to bear and these costs
