Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

To approve a resolution in accordance with subsection 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act") authorising the Liquidator to compromise the following debts due to the Company by accepting a payment of $67,000 from Nigel Thompson and Gina Thompson in full and final satisfaction of the debts:

(a) the debt due to Company by Nigel Thompson and/or Gina Thompson on any loan account of either or both with the Company; and

(b) the debt due to Company by Nigel Thompson and/or Gina Thompson under subsection 588M(2) of the Act in consequence of either or both contravening subsection 588G(2) of the Act.
