Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Due to the threat of COVID-19, and consistent with government policy on gatherings, a virtual meeting will be held. All creditors are expected to attend by electronic means, and no physical place of meeting will be made available. Further details on how to participate at the meeting will be provided in due course.
