Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive and consider a report from the Liquidator.
2. To fix or determine the remuneration of the Liquidator.
3. Any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

Due to COVID-19, the Meeting of Creditors will be conducted by telephone conference facilities only.

Please contact Luke Sonnberger by 4:00pm on 28 October 2020 for access to teleconference facilities.

A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who wishes to participate in the meeting by telephone must give notice by 4:00pm on 28 October 2020, setting out:
i. the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any); and
ii. an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
iii. a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.

A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who participates in the meeting by telephone must pay any costs incurred by the person, proxy or attorney in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those
costs from the assets of the company.
