Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up.

2. To consider removing the existing Liquidator and appointing other persons as joint liquidators via the following two resolutions:

Resolution 1
That Keith Laurence Sutherland be removed as Liquidator of Silvan Ridge Insurance Services Pty Ltd (In Liquidation).

Resolution 2
That Hamish Alan MacKinnon and Nicholas Giasoumi be appointed Joint and Several Liquidators of Silvan Ridge Insurance Services Pty Ltd (In Liquidation).

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
