Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

The meeting for SGS Civil Pty Ltd will commence at 11.am, the commencement of the other companies will then be at two minute intervals. It is proposed that the meetings will be held concurrently.
