To authorise the Liquidator to compromise a debt greater than the prescribed amount ($100,000) and accept a settlement offer of $112,028 pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001.3. To fix the remuneration of the Official Liquidator.4. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
