See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

- The meeting of creditors will not be open for creditors to attend in person; and

- Creditors will be able to participate in the meeting via telephone or Microsoft Teams video conferencing.

- To avoid any delays to the meeting, all creditors who will be attending the meeting are requested to dial in at 10:15AM on the morning of the meeting.
