ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of creditors of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of creditors for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. Table the changes to COI membership.
2. Update on the Administrations since the last COI meeting.
3. Update on the Sale Process.
4. Provide an update on the next steps and key dates
5. Consider and approve the Administrators? retrospective remuneration.
6. Any other business.

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
