Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. Provide an update on the Administrations to date
2. Provide details of the Australian Government loan facility
3. Discuss the need for a further extension of the convening period
4. Set out next steps for the Administrations
5. Obtain feedback from the COI members
6. Consider and approve the Administrators retrospective remuneration and expenses
7. Any other business the COI sees fit to raise

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
