    • - To accept the amended offer dated 8 April 2025 for the purchase of shares and / or share buy back held by MCFE Investments Pty Limited in Madimack Pty Limited, Paladin Mechanical Pty Limited and Madimack Holdings Pty Limited; and

    - To authorise the Liquidator, pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act), to enter into a Share Sale / Buy Back Agreement the terms of which will exceed a period of 3 months as per the offer dated 8 April 2025.
