ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To discuss the report to creditors and receive an update and consider the position of the winding up

2. To authorise the Joint and Several Liquidators to enter into agreements longer than three months

3. To authorise the Joint and Several Liquidators to compromise debts greater than $100,000

4. To receive questions from creditors

5. To fix the remuneration of the Joint and Several Liquidators

6. To consider any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
