    ? Seek creditor?s approval pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, to enter into on the Company?s behalf, a Funding Agreement with Commonwealth of Australia (acting through the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations); and
    ? Discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
