Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

As set out above, all parties wishing to attend the meeting virtually must submit all proofs of debt and proxy forms in the approved form to creditors@macinsolvency.com.au by 09:00am on Tuesday 20 February 2024.
